South Adelaide to wear 80s inspired Retro Guernsey

In Round 18 South Adelaide will don an 80s themed Retro Guernsey when they take on the Eagles at Woodville.

The Panthers will be celebrating the high-flying footy of the 80s with a one-off jumper inspired by one of the golden eras of SANFL footy.

The jumper features a retro SA monogram emblazoned proudly across the chest and the return of the old Panther head logo.

Fashioned on the iconic strips worn by the likes of club legends such as games record holder Stuart Palmer, four-time Knuckey Cup winner David Kappler and Magarey Medallist Mark Naley amongst many others, it is sure to conjure many fond memories throughout the Panthers faithful.

Replica Retro jumpers are now available for pre-order, with the option to print a custom number on the back.

Pre-orders close on Monday, August 20, following the Eagles game, at which point a final order will be made.

Match-worn guernseys will be auctioned off following Retro Round.
