Handful of Panthers named in SA Under-16 Squad
Five South Adelaide juniors have been selected in the initial 2018 SA State Under-16s squad.
Coached by former Panthers player and Under-16s coach Julian Farkas, the Croweaters squad features young Panthers Zac Dumesny, Jason Horne, Shannon Jones, Nicholas Kraemer and Matthew Roberts.
The squad will play an internal trial and matches against PAC and Sacred Heart before South Australia get their National Under-16s Championships get under way against Western Australia on Sunday, June 24 at Alberton Oval.
The Croweaters then play a match against SA's Under-17s Futures team the next Sunday at Thebarton Oval before wrapping up with games against Vic Country and Vic Metro on Monday, July 9 and Friday, July 13 respectively.
