Brad Crabb Accepts One-Match Ban for Striking

17 May 2016

South Adelaide captain Brad Crabb has accepted a one-match ban for striking Sturt's Josh Hone during the Panthers 48-point loss to the Double Blues on Saturday afternoon.

Crabb was handed a two-match base sanction that was reduced to one game with an early guilty plea.

The SANFL Incident Review Panel deemed Crabb's conduct was intentional and that he made high contact with Hone which was of low impact.

The Panthers skipper will now miss South's upcoming clash with Port Adelaide at Alberton Oval and will next be available for selection in Round 10 versus North Adelaide at Hickinbotham Oval.
