BETTA Teams Selection: Round 3 vs Port Adelaide
The oldest rivalry in the SANFL gets kick started as the Panthers take on the Magpies on Saturday Afternoon.
Returning to Flinders University Stadium now for the next two weeks, the Panthers will be looking to capitalise on this home stint.
Taking on the Magpies for the first time since Round 15 2019, which was also at Flinders University Stadium, will provide the Panthers a good opportunity to see how they stack up against flag favourites Port Adelaide.
The Panthers will be looking to steady the line-up, with no forced changes to the side that won at Prospect.
2020 Knuckey Cup winner, Matthew Broadbent will play his first game against Port Adelaide for the first time since making the move to Noarlunga.
The classy Reece Milsom took out the Channel 7 Goal of the Week with this effort from the boundary last week.
Tasmanian Fraser Turner is also a chance to make his debut, being named in the extended squad.
The action kicks off from 11:20am with the South Adelaide Under-18s, followed by the League at 2:10pm.
The Reserves head to Maughan Thiem Kia Oval from 11:20am, following the Senior Women at 9:30am.
If you can't make it to the game on Saturday, don't miss a second with the Digital Pass, which can be purchased here.
