Returning to a Preliminary Final for the second consecutive year, a feat that was last done in 1964/65, the Panthers will make four additions to the squad.
2020 Knuckey Cup winner Matthew Broadbent unfortunately will miss due to re aggravating a hamstring niggle in the first quarter last week.
Luke Bogle, Fraser Turner, Jaidan Kappler and the high flying Jake Tarca will all return to the extended squad of 25.
Ben Haren will play his 100th SANFL StateWide Super League match for the Panthers on Friday night.
Haren celebrated his 100th SANFL match earlier this year having played 14 for the Magpies.
Senior Coach Jarrad Wright talked to SANFL's Zac Milbank about tomorrow nights Preliminary Final and highlighted how close this playing group are.
Earlier in the week, Liam Fitt was named as a finalist for the Channel 7 Goal of the Year with his effort in round one against Adelaide.
In the last 98 seasons, the Panthers and Tigers have only met twice in a finals series, in 1992 and 2011 and will face each other for the second year in a row.
Tomorrow night will be the first time both teams have met in a Preliminary Final.
The prime time Preliminary Final gets underway from 7:15pm on Friday night at Adelaide Oval against Glenelg.
Gates are open from 4:45pm and South Adelaide PUMA Merchandise will be available from the Merchandise outlet in the Riverbank stand.
