BETTA Team Selection: SANFLW Round 6 v Sturt
After an extended break, the Panthers return to take on the Double Blues in a Saturday night prime time encounter.
The only forced changes to the side are the Panthers two AFLW players in Brooke Boileau and Jess Waterhouse who were cleared to play the first five games of the SANFLW season.
Young guns Emma Charlton and Layla Vizgaudis will also miss due to SANFL State Under-16 commitments.
Coming into the extended squad is Shae Archbold, Jacinda Schunselaar, Rania Shelford and Litonya Cockatoo-Motlap.
Doreena Hansen (Pinktails/Rovers) is set to make her South Adelaide debut, while up and coming forward Abby Woodward is also a chance.
Meanwhile for the Development League side, they will look to bounce back against Sturt after they suffered their first loss of the 2024 season.
A Super Saturday of Panther footy kicks off with the Panthers Under-14, Under-16 and Under-18s at Thebarton Oval followed by the Development League kicking off at 4:30pm finishing with the SANFLW side in the prime time slot of 6:30pm
