South Adelaide make three changes for Saturday's date against Sturt.

Having notched up the maiden win of 2021, the Panthers will make three confirmed changes. 

Speedy pocket rocket Madison Bennett will miss Saturday's match due to Illness. 

Norwood convert Alannah Rochow will make her return to the side along with another two debutantes. 

Surfer and sister to 2018 Women's Best and Fairest Nikki, Amy Gore (South Adelaide Juniors) will line up in the blue and white for the first time. 

Katie Whish (McLaren) will also make her SANFL debut on Saturday.

Georgia Pennifold returns to the extended squad after missing last week. 

Sheena Peters and Layla Rogers are also a chance to play their first game of 2021, should they make the final team of 22 on Saturday evening. 

A solid second half performance last week against Centrals, saw the Panthers begin to use the ball more effectively with a slight edge in disposal efficiency (61% to 56%), something coach Andrew Brockhurst will be looking to replicate this week against the Double Blues. 

The Panther Women cap off a triple treat of Panthers footy on Saturday at 5:00pm following the Reserves and League trials.
