Betta Team: Semi Final 1 - South Adelaide vs Glenelg
South Adelaide return to the major round for a date with the reigning Premiers on Sunday.
Returning to the post season for the first time since 2018, the Panthers will certainly be looking to hit the ground running on Sunday afternoon.
In round 2, the Panthers came storming home against the Tigers but fell short by 5-points after being down by 45-points down at three quarter time.
Last time the teams met was in round 9 where South Adelaide were able to break the game open in the third quarter to take the crucial two points home from the Bay.
With a good tune up against the Roosters last week, the Panthers will look to welcome back some important inclusions for Sundays clash.
The reinvented utility Alex Cailotto will slot back into the side after being managed last week.
The Panthers will also look to add some speed with Malcolm Karpany and Beau McCreery coming straight back into the side.
After fracturing his back, James Loneragan has also put his hand up for selection after getting through training on Tuesday night.
Jesse McKinnon and Jason Horne both come into the extended squad of 26, that will be trimmed to 22 before the bounce on Sunday.
Anthony Biemans is also a likely starter having got through last week without any troubles.
The First Semi Final gets underway from 12:15 pm on Sunday afternoon at the home of SA football, Adelaide Oval.
