The Panthers will also have a test against the physical Dogs as they are set to be without some key players.
2019 Best and Fairest Czenya Cavouras has been ruled out with a small fracture to her eye socket, but it's likely she will be available for next week.
The leagues leading goalkicker Jess Kirk will also be on the sideline due to a issue with a toe.
Sam Pratt and Lucy Northcott are also amongst the changes due to an injured calf, and being unavailable due to work respectively.
However, this opens the door for Tahlia Meyer who is set to return after she has been in quarantine since returning to South Australia from interstate due to family reasons.
2020 Leader in Tiffany Copley comes into the squad and is likely to play her first game of 2020 after a number of injury setbacks.
Layla Rogers also returns for the first time since the COVID break.
The girls kick off at 12 noon on Saturday afternoon at Thebarton Oval.
Crowds will be able to attend the game on Saturday with a maximum of 1000 people.
