With pre-season officially wrapped up, the Panthers are set to kick off their Premiership defence with a highly anticipated Grand Final rematch against Norwood.

The Panthers will welcome back Tiffany King who missed both trials due to being away, and a trio of Pinktails with Caitlin Couch,Doreena Hansen and Brylee Kerrin. 

Excitement builds as Tamika May, a former Bloods player, makes her South Adelaide debut, joined by local talent Marly Tape (Strathalbyn) and former Panther junior Casie Coomb, who is also in contention for her first senior game with the club.

Meanwhile, the Development League side faces a tough challenge against the Redlegs in a top-of-the-table clash.

Senior Coach Rick Watts caught up with the SANFL's Zac Milbank to preview the season. 

All the action kicks off at 4:00 pm with Development League Round 3, followed by SANFLW at 6:00 pm. 

Following the Development League game, the Panthers will unfurl the 2024 Premiership flag at 5:45 pm.

Patrons are also reminded that the Jim Deane Grandstand will have limited capacity. The top three rows are only accessible and are reserved for South Adelaide Members and Grandstand Pass holders.  

Fans can catch all the excitement live at Magain Stadium, with tickets available online here or at the gate for $10, and around the ground parking also $10.
