Brianna Cleggett to again lead the Panthers in 2023.

The South Adelaide Football Club is pleased to announce that Brianna Cleggett (nee. Wedding) will once again lead the Panthers for the 2023 Hostplus SANFL Women's League season. 

Cleggett was named captain for the first time in 2022 and was again voted in unanimously by Players and Coaches. 

A strong leader both on and off the field, Cleggett suffered a season ending ACL injury in Round 4 and says that she is grateful to lead the Panthers again in 2023. 

"After restlessly leading from the sidelines for a portion of last season, the significance of this is not lost on me."

Nicole Campbell has again been named as Vice-Captain for 2023.

Sam Pratt and Tiffany Copley both return to the leadership group and will be joined by Gypsy Schirmer who will join the Leadership group for the first time. 

Senior Coach Rick Watts is excited for what the leaders will bring in 2023.
